  • By telephone

  • Through AirBnB

A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Newton Rigg Estate.

2. Payment

Payment terms:

  • Full payment at time of booking

Accepted payment methods may include major debit and credit cards.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Typical times are:

Check-in: from 3:00pm
Check-out: by 10:00am

Alternative arrangements may be available by prior agreement.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate booked.

Typical terms:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival

  • Cancellations after this period may be charged

  • Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled

  • Vehicles parked on site

  • Items left in rooms

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

  • Breach these terms

  • Cause disruption to other guests
